Shipping Policy
We SHIP items throughout Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore. Product(s) ordered will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment confirmation is received. All delivery will be made using NinjaVan (for Malaysia). Tracking number will be provided after database is updated & item is shipped out. Customers shall receive their item(s) within 7-14 working days.
Responsibility of Receiver
Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate to avoid any lost order or parcel that is not received. XIERRA will not be responsible for any orders that are lost because of inaccurate information given by customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where there will be a receiver for the shipment. Any cost incurred for reshipping due to return of unclaimed parcel shall be borne by the customer.
Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
1) Any items bought from XIERRA is considered as final purchase and we do not provide refunds. Please note that the standard tolerance for circumference measurement of clothes are 1.5 inch and the colour in image(s) may differ slightly due to camera flash / computer setting
2) Our team may suggest suitable size according to customer’s body measurements but the customer shall be held responsible for the size chosen.
3) Deposit paid for PRE-ORDER is not refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.
4) All SALE and promotional-priced item(s) is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5) Return or exchange of item(s) is valid for ready stock item(s) only & it is only valid within 3 working days after receiving the product(s) and shipping cost will be borne by the sender. The returned product(s) must be in original sellable condition with original packaging, unwashed & untorn. Please note that item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability and exchange can only be made ONCE (1 time only). Pre-order item(s) is non-exchangeable as the item(s) is made based on your order. Thus, please be certain on any pre-orders made.
If the product(s) returned is/are not in required condition and or time mentioned, XIERRA reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.
6) This policy shall be applicable for purchase from HQ only, including but not limited to official website, official Shopee shop & authorized sales team (covers authorized agents and resellers too).
